MiniTracker does NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location information (except for temporary use during track recording)
• App usage data
• Device information
• Cookies or similar tracking technologies

3. LOCATION INFORMATION

The app requests location access exclusively for:

• Recording GPS tracks during active use
• Displaying your location on the map

All location information:

• Is processed only locally on your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Is not stored in the cloud
• Is deleted when the app is closed (unless the track is saved)

4. DATA STORAGE

All data (tracks, settings) is stored:

• Only on your device
• In the app's local memory
• Without transmission to external servers

5. THIRD PARTIES

The app may use:

• Google Maps API for map display
• Apple Maps for alternative map display

These services have their own privacy policies that govern their use.

6. SECURITY

Since we do not collect personal data:

• We cannot ensure the security of data we do not store
• All your data remains under your control
• We recommend using standard device security measures

7. CHILDREN

The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. CHANGES TO POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes through app updates.
